1. Overview
reMYnd (“we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by Naomi Ferstera (ABN: 41 426 334 351). We are committed to being fair and transparent about cancellations and refunds.
This policy applies to all reMYnd program memberships, including monthly, 6-month, and 12-month plans.
2. 7-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you change your mind after purchasing any reMYnd program membership, you are entitled to a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date, no questions asked.

Please note: if you have already downloaded program materials, accessed the full member portal, or completed assessments within the 7-day window, we reserve the right to review refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis.
3. Monthly Membership Cancellations
You may cancel a monthly membership at any time. If you cancel part-way through a billing cycle, you will receive a pro rata refund for the remaining unused days in that cycle.
• Refund = (days remaining ÷ days in billing cycle) × monthly fee paid
• No admin fee applies to monthly cancellations
• Your access will end immediately upon processing of the refund
4. 6-Month & 12-Month Membership Cancellations
Our 6-month and 12-month memberships are offered at a discounted rate in exchange for a commitment to the full program term. If you choose to cancel before your term is complete, the following applies:
4.1 No Refund on Remaining Months
There is no refund for unused months remaining on a 6-month or 12-month plan. When you cancel, your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing month, after which access will cease.
| 📅 Example: If you cancel on the 10th of the month, you retain full access to all program content and resources until the last day of that month. No further charges will be applied after cancellation. |
4.2 Early Cancellation Admin Fee
An early cancellation admin fee applies when a 6-month or 12-month membership is cancelled before the end of the agreed term. This fee reflects the fact that you received a discounted rate based on a full-term commitment but are not completing that term.

If your refund under the cooling-off period (Section 2) applies, the admin fee is waived.

6. How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel your membership, please contact us directly:

Please include your full name, the email address used to register, your plan type, and your reason for cancellation.
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and confirm your cancellation date and any applicable admin fee.
7. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:
• The 7-day cooling-off period has passed and you are on a 6-month or 12-month plan
• You have completed the full program term
• Cancellation is requested due to failure to engage with the program (e.g. not logging in or completing sessions)
• Your account has been suspended or terminated due to a breach of our Terms & Conditions

We may update this policy from time to time. Active members will be notified of any material changes by email. The current version is always available at remynd.com.au.
