  • 250 grams large fresh strawberries
  • 150 grams heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

Method
 

  1. Add the vanilla essence to the cream and whip until soft peaks form
  2. Slice the strawberries and place in a bowl
  3. Cover the strawberries with the whipped cream
