Onboarding Step 3 of 5

Your Baseline Assessments

Before the program begins, complete one round of fitness, cognitive, cardiometabolic, and wellbeing measures. These become your personal starting point — the reference every future result is measured against.

Why this matters

A baseline without a follow-up is just a number. But measured again at 3, 6, 9, and 12 months, it tells you whether what you're doing is actually working — for you, not a population average.

You don't need to perform well. You need to measure honestly. Whatever your numbers are today, they are exactly what they should be.

Once you've completed all four batteries

Your results are saved in each assessment page. You don't need to finish everything before Month 1 starts — fitness, cognitive, and wellbeing are the priority. The cardiometabolic battery can follow once your blood results are back from your GP.
